This appalling attack that occured in Russia on March 23rd, 2024 occured at the very first major increase in Geomagnetic Activity for almost 3 weeks. Obviously someone wants WWIII, which is even more appalling.  Because this happened at the first increase in KP it most likely means more attacks are planned. Hence the Russian Govt better get a handle on this fast if they don't want this to spiral out of control.  Don't give these a__holes what they are wishing for.  Instead send peace and love, over the next week.
