Another sweet spot is the last 24 hours before an increase in air pressure that lasts 3 days or more. The more dramatic or sharper the increase, the better the results.
This sudden sharp drop or dramatic rise in air pressure may be attributed to solar activity, of which there has been research done on this and further study is needed.
