During Condition Yellows, individuals with unstable mental conditions can have their unstable mental mood “build up” to a boiling point. If these emotions are not properly released either via exercise, or the proper therapy, if a condition orange occurs after a powerful condition yellow, it can result in the individual “losing it”. You will see this same pattern re-occuring if you follow the Orange to Yellow trend on this page. Any time a condition color goes over 50% that condition color will be the Dominant color.
The main triggers are 3 to 4 days of declining sunspot activity (or the Sunspot Area 10E-6 Hemis is in decline). High speed solar winds (usually above 350 for a number of days) and higher than average Geomagnetic Activity.
The reason we don't see any major "incidents" occurring during condition red periods, is because more fear/anxiety is present in the collective consciousness. Perhaps fear of the consequences of various actions occurs in individuals. This collective "conscience" is not present during the condition yellow "stimulation " periods, so does that mean that fear plays a major role in keeping calm and peace in the society we live in?
The "stimulation" phases have two types of effects. If it occurs during a condition orange, it can cause chaos, if it occurs during a condition yellow or at the start of a recent condition blue, it can cause the Dow Jones to Rise, or an increase in productivity.
If a condition yellow occurs followed by a condition orange (even if small amounts of a condition orange are present) and it lasts longer than 3 days, this results in disturbing trends in the population such as mass shootings, mental instabilities etc. If however the condition orange is short lived and less than 3 days in duration after a condition yellow, it can result in the opposite effect, having an effect of peace, calm and wellbeing on the general population. In most cases a condition green will follow a condition yellow. This brings calm and peace and is the usual flow of colors during its cycle. However, as just mentioned, an orange after a yellow can cause chaos. The sun is unpredictable, and the condition colors can vary in the cycle. However the normal cycle is blue, red and green. When yellow is present, it can sometimes lead to an orange.

The Daily Health Forecast is accurate to approximately 24 to 48 hours before and after the forecast date. Extreme conditions (such as 90% or more of a condition color) will exert their influence more strongly, usually within a 24 hour period before and after the forecast date listed.

Dow Jones Forecasting
From July 29th, 2014 to August 21st, 2014 a Beta forecasting version that included a 24 hours in advance forecast of the Dow Jones Industrial average closing higher or lower at the end of the day was put into practice. Results were between 75% and 50% accuracy, and not the 100% hoped for. Therefore further research is being conducted in private until 100% accuracy can be obtained. So far the formula is fairly simple. The formula is as follows:
Peak Periods in KP activity, and a peak in 2mev levels or Solar Flux Activity (both 2mev and solar flux levels are very similar) combined with a future condition green/blue period (or when the solar wind speeds are at 350), will cause the Dow Jones Industrial Average to closer higher in the next 24 hours. The formula of this forecast increases substantially when the Optical S flares are higher.

As of Wednesday, September 24th, 2014, we are feeling the results of a condition purple that formed late Tuesday night. This means we are coming out of the condition orange into a strong condition purple period, which may lead to a condition green by this weekend.

Lower Solar Flux Values combined with increased KP activity are contributing to a longer than usual Condition Orange Period. This continues to result in a lower than average Dow Jones Period. By this weekend, we should see the condition orange end and a condition green emerge.

Higher Optical Flares (14 as of Aug 25th) are contributing to a strong Condition Red Period, due to X-Ray Background Flux Levels at 5.9 (higher than the 4.0 minimum for a criteria for a condition red). By Wednesday or Thursday a weather change will take place due to a new cross point occurring which will boost KP levels. This Cross Point period consists of High Energy.

As of August 22nd, 2014, we are in a growing condition red period, due to the increasing solar flux (sunspot activity), moving out of a condition green period. Solar wind speeds with moderate KP levels currently are showing a strong condition green phase, with the late weekend and early Monday possibly moving into a stronger condition red period as solar activity reaches new highs for this weekly cycle.

Decreasing Optical Flares, along with low X-Ray Flux Levels have lead to a mild condition orange on Tuesday August 20th, 2014. As of August 21st, increasing solar activity is leading to a condition blue period, heading into a beneficial solar wind speed of approximately 350 we are looking at a strong condition green and blue period for the next 24 to 72 hours ahead. The Dow Jones Industrial Average should close higher on Wednesday August 20th, 2014. The Dow Jones will close higher on August 20th, 2014, due to higher KP activity, a future condition green/blue period and a peak in 2mev levels in the next 24 hrs. Result - Dow Closed higher on August 20th, 2014.

If they were peaking on Tuesday August 19th, 2014 the future information would show a Dow Jones Closing Lower on these days. Overall, we can expect a lower dow on Monday August 18th and Tuesday August 19th of 2014. Without the higher 2mev, we cannot guarantee this result. Today's health forecast is lower solar wind speeds in the coming days, leaning towards a condition green. Solar flux levels are also steady with no change, indicating no major weather changes, especially because the S Flare Optical values are lower. The Dow closed slightly lower today due to the last minor cross point occurring with higher solar wind speeds, as well as higher 2MEV levels.
The 2mev Forecast was at higher levels today, and with the solar wind in decline we are headed towards a new condition green, indicating the Dow Jones will close slightly higher on August 13th, 2014.
