Best days of week – Sundays and Mondays.

Best Moon Phase – Full Moon and Neap Moons
Worst Moon Phase – New Moon
Best Solar Values – Increasing or steady 10.7cm radio flux (the stronger the better)
Worst Solar Values – Decreasing 10.7cm radio flux.
Best Moon&¦39;s Distance to earth – Perigee (moon is closer)
Worst Moon Distance – Apogee (moon is further)
Best Month of Year – August
Worst Month(s) of year – The time 8:45LST and 13:30LST occur in the day time. (ARV sessions work best done at night time)
Best Solar Wind Speed – 340 and descending and in the 500 range.
Worst Solar Wind Speed – 550 or higher.
Best Fredericksburg Geomagnetic Levels – Between 7 and 11
Worst Fredericksburg Geomagnetic Levels – 11 or higher
Best Biorhythm level – Within 4 to 5 days of an intuitive biorhythm peak. The next best biorhythm is emotional occurring within 4 to 5 days of peaking. The best results were when both intuition and emotional biorhythm were peaking within 4 to 5 days. Good results also occurred when the intuitive or emotional biorhythm was at their peak.

The result of the ARV session conducted at 13:30 LST on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 was for the Dow Jones to close between 120 and 140 points higher on Friday, May 26th, 2017.

On Friday May 26th, 2017, the Dow closed down - 2.63 points. This ARV forecast was conducted at 13:30LST.
As of May 2017, the ARV sessions will be suspended until early September 2017. Our research for 2017, showed the vast majority of our ARV sessions took place at 8:45LST in Hawaii during the evening with extreme accuracy occurring at dawn and sunset. As of May, 2017, 8:45LST occurs in the mid afternoon progressing into the daylight hours. This date also happened to be not only a pergiee moon, but a SUPER perigee moon. These are periods where going into coherence is much harder than usual and may also explain the failed ARV session on this date.
At 6:38 a.m. on September 30th, 2017 = 8:45LST. Public ARV sessions will return on this date.
Because no more ARV sessions can be conducted at night until early September, which is when darkness is present at 8:45LST, we choose to suspend sessions until early September 2017. The reason ARV sessions are so much more accurate during the night time hours has to do with atmospheric refraction physics, which involves ionization of the upper atmosphere which is maximized during nighttime, with peaks at dawn and dusk. 8:45 LST is the time that the star Arcturus is rising in the east.. Arcturus is also the star that the Polynesians used to discover the Hawaiian Islands.

Summary
It may be that some sort of electromagnetic energy emanating from the region of the star Arcturus at 8:45 LST that is giving the enhanced ARV results. Further research is necessary to confirm this and our next round of ARV sessions in early September 2017, along with our new equipment, may yield more answers to this question.
