Recently there has been much anxiety and excitement about the planned joint military exercise called Operation Jade Helm beginning July 15th and ending September 15th, 2015. (eight weeks). Jade Helm is a standard military exercise designed to restore order in the event of a martial law declaration or other national disturbance among the civilian population.
It is a fact there is not going to be mass outbreaks of violence and destruction in the U.S.A. What will happen is the markets will turn turbulent during 2016/2017, as one of our reports has been pinpointing since 2013. Read the report below:

There is however the possibility of a major shift in political positions during late 2016, a time period probably being caused by getting rid of those in office responsible for the 2016/2017 financial meltdown, but it will hardly happen though violence and bloodshed. (perhaps those in office are afraid of loosing their elected positions through a new political party)
Are the Bankers Involved?
If there is a major Change in political parties around 2016, who gains to loose the most from this change? If the bankers sense their end of their grip on Washington (who control/own much of Washington.), they may get desperate.
Therefore to keep their "power" they may cause chaos and mayhem in the financial markets, causing public panic and mass resentment. This may cause martial law to become implemented, thus keeping the original political parties in office and suspending elections through martial law. We don't forecast this occurring, but it could be part of a plan.
The Name Jade Helm
Let's examine the name more Jade Helm closely. The dictionary term for Jade
"typically green stone used for ornaments and implements and consisting of the minerals jadeite or nephrite"
The dictionary term for Helm
"a tiller or wheel and any associated equipment for steering a ship or boat."
My interpretation could mean an attempt on changing public perception. The ability to change the direction of public opinion towards China and Russia, who have formed the BRICS alliance.
Other possible interpretations of Operation Jade Helm
Jade is a commonly used Asian term representing a green stone and prosperity. During world war 2, Japanese Americans had everything they owned sized and they were placed in labor camps. After the war, they never saw their property, homes or businesses ever again.

So we can see that September of 2015 is going to be a very, very stressful time. Is it a good idea for the U.S. Military to be conducting such a drill around this time. It will only be an added burden of more stress. Will there be another super-earthquake or other natural disaster this time? Only time will tell.
Civilian Labor Camps
A leaked paper that we will go into detail later on was leaked from a U.S. Military manual a few years ago and if you were to view some of the 2015 videos of military exercises taking place in U.S. cities, you will see them rounding up people acting as civilians.

There is one part of this leaked paper that is disturbing and that is the Forced Civilian Labor Camps. For a country that was founded on the principles of freedom and independence, a clause such as this is most disturbing.
The Secret document which was leaked online; entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) has the following details:
Beginning on page 261, the document describes the intimate layout of the camps. Each camp is 980 yards by 507 yards. The camps will house 4,000 compliant prisoners, 8,000 “resistant” prisoners and 100 prisoner facilities for those considered dangerous.

Payment of military personal in Swiss Francs is shown above. One rather troubling section of this document concerns the payment of military personal in the form of Swiss francs. Now this type of payment system could only be possible in the event of either the U.S. dollar having collapsed, or there is a world wide banking crises. Because leaked documents have proved that the European Union was a brainchild or should I say ¨ego orientated" idea of the BilderBurger group and JP Morgan is part of the BilderBurger Group, as a leaked document published by annonymous has proven. Does this mean a financial collapse of the U.S. Economy would be an excuse to implement the North American Union?
With the implementation of NAFTA in 1994 President George W. Bush attempted to expand the properties of NAFTA with Canada abd Mexico by creating the the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP). However once everyone found out about this, The John Birch Society, WorldNetDaily, Phyllis Schlafly’s Eagle Forum, and other pro-independence, pro-Constitution groups, forced the Bush administration to temporarily shelve the plan.

The TPP attempts to forge a supranational government, in exchange for nations of the Pacific Rim. This is directly modeled after the European Union. Currently 12 members of the TPP include: Mexico, United States, Canada Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Vietnam. Like the European Union, all these courties would fall under a single currency.
J.P Morgan has endorsed the TPP as can be seen from their evaulation published on their website. Considering they have published so many reports on the TPP, they really seem hyped up about the idea.

The "perceived" Russian Threat
Certain groups in Washington have made Russia appear to be a threat. This I believe is a distraction. (always watch what the left hand is doing, when being distracted by the right). It was during this time that the Germany Bank riots began (March of 2015), targeting the new ECB headquarters in Frankfurt Germany.
As the mainstream media focuses on "threats" from other nations, these banks are quietly forming a worldwide alliance. Creating fear and panic to create a false belief that a military threat exists, causes banks to have a reason to print more money. As more of this money is printed for phony excuses, it give the banks more power in the form of providing "security" for the nation. So this time instead of the money being printed to buy bombs to start another world war, it is bring printed to employ contractors and pay military personal to organize internment concentration camps, much like what happened to the Japanese Americans during WW2.
Except this time the reason for these labor camps won't be for our safety, but as an illusion to prevent civil disorder and social collapse and chaos due to a collapsed U.S. Dollar or other induced banking failure.
So to summarize, there may be a worldwide banking collapse in the future (2017/2017 or 2025) in which a global currency will be implemented possibly based on the Swiss Franc or even a new worldwide currency (no wonder they hate Bitcoin). The danger of this is having the banks manage themselves into a global banking elite. If you think it is bad having to work 30 years today to pay off your house, or be stuck with $200,000 student loans, just wait until a global elite controls your mortgage or student loan. guidelines applicable to this program. However, when perishable food supplies (such as fresh vegetables or fruits) are available, they should be substituted for nonperishable items. This prevents the detainees from stockpiling rations for escapes. J-75.
Where practical, detainees will be required to raise vegetables for their use. This work is classified as paid work. Agricultural and gardening projects are particularly desirable because they provide gainful employment for large numbers of individuals. The food produced by the gardening projects provides a valuable supplement to detainee diets at a minimal expense. The produce from gardens is U.S. property. It will be used for the benefit of detainees and U.S. armed forces and will not be sold or traded in civilian markets.
What is interesting is if you read into the document further you will see that these vegetables cannot be sold in markets and are the sole property of the U.S. Military. So in conclusion it sounds like a huge slave labor farm, much like the Japanese Americans experienced during WW2.
This leaked document does not appear to be planned for the effects of after nuclear war, because of the mentioning of vegetable gardens, which would be impossible to maintain due to high radioactive fallout.

Resistance to Martial Law, and the Marijuana Connection
I saw this article posted in the Moscow Times:
"A Kremlin spokesman reminded Russia's republic of Chechnya that it is illegal for Russian regions to send weapons abroad, after the Chechen parliament threatened to supply arms to Mexico for it to fight the United States."
Now if we compare a map of states that have legalized marijuana, we see that they are mostly northern states. Especially Alaska, Washington state and Oregon.
These legalized marijuana states are closer to Russia than California or Texas. Now if you know history you would know that the British conquered China by supplying opium to its citizens.

Now considering there was a quote stating guns to be imported through Mexico into the United States. Could operation jade also be a training exercise for dissidents who react unfavorably to a false flag martial law implementation? It's obvious
that the southern part of the United States has not given into legalizing marijuana, so this portion of the U.S.A. would more naturally be prone to resistance, including martial law caused by a banker constructed financial banking collapse.

There are Too Many People in the United States for Internment Camps to be a Reality
Now some if you may be thinking "America is a country of over 300 million people, surely they can't put everyone in labor camps!". Let's take a look at some facts'-
China has more than 1 billion people. Human Rights Watch says there were around 160,000 people in around 260 labor camps as of 2013. Roughly half the prisoners were drug offenders, but the number also included burglars, pickpockets, sex workers, blackmailers and card tricksters, as well as an array of political prisoners: petitioners like Shen, people who criticized the government in public or online, members of underground Christian churches or banned spiritual movements such as the Falun Gong.

So we can see that you don't need to imprison an entire population to force your agenda upon the people or intimidate them. The sole reason for labor camps in China are to intimidate people into obeying the communist party's agenda. And considering that as of March 2015, the NSA is still downloading every single communication of Americans. It does not take much to see that this information could be used in the future as political ammunition or other means to intimidate Americans towards some yet unknown agenda.

And if you think that only Japanese Americans were the ones held in labor camps in WW2, take a look at this fact; "Immigrants and nationals of German and Italian ancestry were also held in these facilities, often in the same camps as Japanese Americans. Approximately 7,000 German Americans and 3,000 Italian Americans from Hawai'i and the U.S. mainland were interned in DOJ camps, along with 500 German seamen already in custody after being rescued from the SS Columbus in 1938"

Fact Only Japanese Americans, Germans and Italians living in the Southern Midwest Were Held in Internment Camps
We can see that this behavior has played out before when only Japanese Americans living on the west coast and central and southern U.S. States were moved to internment camps,compared to Japanese living in the East or Midwestern portions of the U.S who were not rounded up and placed in internment camps.

The German Bank Riots
Beginning March 18th, 2015, the German people are refusing to recognize the establishment of the European Central Bank in their country. On March 18th, 2015, police cars were set alight and stones were thrown in a protest against the opening of a new base for the European Central Bank (ECB). The information covered in this article should show clearly why the Germans are against the European Central Bank, because they are just a small part of a forming worldwide banking alliance with intentions to strip people of their basic freedoms and rights. As more and more people become aware of the agenda of the global bankers unfolding, we can expect to see more resistance to this agenda in the foreseeable future.

Some of you may read the FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations document and wonder to yourself, "Well this is an instruction Manual designed for military police and related personnel to manage and organize prisoners of war in large style camps in the case of capture during armed conflict". We already know a war is not going to occur according to our previous report
A second observation is that the 700 "detainees" who were in military custody during the Bush Administration were hardly given the privilege of planting and maintaining vegetable gardens . This proves the document is not aimed towards terrorists, but is instead directed towards a broader population under martial law. Also judging from the military practice videos that occured in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, the procedures that were being carried out appeared to be taken out of theFM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations document.
EZ'S Summary and Conclusion
This document appears to be plans for preparation for a worldwide currency/banking crisis that sends the general economy of certain nations into a crisis. My guess what ever division wrote this document observed the Greek Banking Crisis (The Greek debt crisis began in 2009) carefully and worded the document to make plans for a larger scale event.
This crisis may or may not cause armed conflicts between major nations. The fact that military personal would be paid in Swiss Francs shows that bankers would convert to managing funds via a new currency involving the Swiss Franc.
This would explain why Brazil, Russia, China and India have gathered to form the BRICS Alliance, distancing themselves from the U.S. dollar. This is a doubled edged sword in that they would avoid the damage from the impact of a collapsed U.S. Dollar, but the bad news is that it may end up causing the bankers to form a worldwide alliance, exploiting the population in the process. As stated throughout this document, a war between major nations is highly unlikely, as the solar cycle does not show it to be a period susceptible to armed conflict, much less a global one
So with worldwide armed conflict not a possibility, it only leaves the possibility of nationwide martial law being declared stemming from a currency collapse and civilians being forcefully lead out into labor camps and managed according to the military document previously discussed.
Discussion Questions
Is it possible that groups such as Occupy Wall Street will be classified as "dissidents" as the next financial collapse unfolds? Are the neighborhoods chosen for Operation Jade Helm locations where senior Occupy members or similar groups that are against illegal bank bailouts located? And positioned in these strategic locations as a form of intimidation?
Ask yourself " If the federal reserve didn't exist, would Operation Jade still be taking place.
Solutions
We have already issued a report on the worldwide currency Bitcoin. Bitcoin proved itself well during the Greek currency crisis and is recommended due to its ability to be able to be used worldwide without any central banker exerting the ability charge interest or manipulate it
The very fact that the U.S. Military is not being paid in U.S. Dollars according to the "training" document proves that the major bankers are planning for a future without the U.S. Dollar. Also because China has outlawed the use of Bitcoin, the worldwide banking elite may very well include China.
Global bankers hate Bitcoin because in the event of a major currency crisis they have no way to make a profit from it, but they can profit from the swiss franc.
Bankers can only profit from a centralized monetary system if they have a way to charge interest, among many other loopholes.
The beauty of Bitcoin is no one single person can control how or where the money is used.
The second solution is to trade in gold. Utah is one state that right now you can trade in gold to pay for goods and services, and expect to see more U.S. States to implement the gold standard as a way to pay for goods and services in the future.
The final solution is for the role of the central banker to be taken out of the picture. This military document clearly destroys democracy, free speech and more. It clearly shows the bankers are going to exploit people during a possible currency crisis and instead of implementing sensible common sense solutions, appear to have intentions to profit from it instead, rather than use the new solutions available.
There are plenty of alternatives available to restoring financial stability, compared to forced detention caused by a banking collapse. However due to the emergence of Bitcoin, re-implementation of the gold standard in some U.S. States and other measures emerging, some bankers may see this as a threat to their profits and may therefore be trying to re-gain control of the old system, which is obviously no longer sustainable.
China Outlaws Bitcoin
The mere fact that China has outlawed Bitcoin, clearly shows that the bankers are starting to work together on a worldwide level.
The Newly Emerging System They Don't Want you to Know About
We are heading out of the age of centralized banking due to the new emergence of the energies of Aquarius as we showed in a previous article. This means life is going to get more simpler and those who once held the strings controlling the population through deceptive measures will no longer have those resources necessary to do so anymore.
Expect to see more widespread use of Bitcoin, Bartering for goods and services as well as some transactions using gold to pay for goods and services. If the Federal Reserve is dissolved and the power to
print currency is handed back to the Congress of the United States, than we may see paper currency continue. These will be the new tools that will arise from the ashes of a banking collapse, provided the general population avoids enslavement.
The mere fact that bankers appear to be doing a lot to stop this new system from occurring proves that this system is slowly forming with or without them.
The good news is we can expect to see much less debt, as well as more value put on items obtained from honest work. This means a much less likelihood of nations going to war against each other because the bankers will have no reason to make loans to keep the nations propped up, or to pay for military equipment, much like J.P. Morgan did during World War 2
We can also expect to see a future of where bankers have much less control. Habeas rights typically trace back to the Magna Carta of 1215 and have since become a cornerstone of democratic governance and of international human rights law. After the first blood moon there was the Russian invasion of the Ukraine, a two-month war between Israel and Gaza, the overthrow of Yemen and economic meltdowns expected. There is still a year to go.
