The Evolution of Emerging Consciousness

This is a simple explanation of the "evolution" aspect of life and how the condition green energies influence it. Earth's geomagnetic energy is closely related to human consciousness. When this increases after a quiet period of time, the consciousness of humankind also undergoes a "shift". When this occurs, let your mind absorb and let in this newly emerging consciousness, as it is a positive change. You will find that you will be able to get more done with less time.

You can also use this newly emerging consciousness to help you focus on and bring energy to your life's goals, plans and future actions.

Forgiveness and Release

This exercise works best at the very start of a strong condition green.

1: See all people that have hurt you and tell them psychically (connect with them in your mind and send your well intentioned thoughts to that person or person(s)) that you have felt hurt, anger and resentment towards them. Be genuine in your feelings of revenge, anger etc., and don't hold anything back.

2: Tell them your purpose today is to do your best to forgive them and dissolve all constricted energies between us.

3: Next tell the other party psychically (by telling them with your thoughts) that they now have permission to forgive you.

4: Say " I now release you and give you my blessing. I dissolve all constricted energies between us. Go your way and be happy."

5: Welcome and thank them for forgiving you.

In many cases your health and finances will immediately improve after genuinely forgiving people.

Forgiveness Session Extra Notes

Also after a forgiveness session, you may have to perform a loosh clearing a few times to "re balance the energy". After a forgiveness session, all emotions should be neutral and you should feel health and vitality flowing through you. Also during the session you may feel a "psychic release" from the other party, if you feel this, than accept the other sides forgiveness towards you on this "psychic" level.

The Emotional Freedom Technique

This exercise is best performed at the start of a condition green or halfway through a condition orange. The EFT Technique takes only a few minutes to get permanent lasting results.

What can I do? Recall an experience when something which was out of your control happened. While doing that understand what you are feeling. Give a name to the feeling or emotional response.. Rate the intensity of the emotional response on a scale from zero to ten, with ten being the most intense and zero being no emotional response at all.

With the finger pads of the index and middle fingers of your dominant hand, begin tapping lightly the "Karate Chop" point of your other hand. The fleshy part on the side of the hand below the little finger is known as the Karate Chop point. While continuously tapping this point, repeat the following Setup Statement three times: "Even though I have this emotion, I deeply and completely accept myself." If you can name the emotion, then replace the word "emotion" with the specific feeling such as "anger," "guilt," or "sadness."

For treating physical pain or discomfort, replace the word "emotion" with a description of the problem such as "headache," lower back pain," or "arthritis in my knee."

Next, perform the Tapping Sequence by tapping about five times on each point to re balance your energy flow. Keep focused on the emotion or problem by repeating a Reminder Phrase similar to the Setup Statement. To release stress, I repeat, "This stress" while tapping lightly about five times on each of the following points:

EB = Beginning of the Eye Brow

SE = Side of the Eye

UE = Under the Eye

UN = Under the Nose

CH = The Chin

CB = Beginning of the Collar Bone

UA = Under the Arm

KC = Karate Chop Point

Healing with Prayer

This exercise works best during condition blue and condition green periods. People can be healed without having faith. Never constrict prayer by doing it at a certain time or place or with restrictions. This blocks flow. When you get the urge to pray, that means the time is right, and prayers when done following this method yield extremely powerful results. Whenever you get an urge to pray do it right where you are at the moment. This does not mean get down on the ground and start praying if you are in the middle of a sidewalk, it means to silently pray in your mind or keep the prayer to yourself.

Deep Appreciation Meditation

 The more appreciation you have for something, the more you will receive of it. It is important that you hold onto, recognize and experience this energy as much as possible in order to feel and experience the best results.

 1: Go to your favorite place or your sanctuary in your mind, or just relax yourself.

 2: See 5 people deeply and profoundly accepting themselves.

 3: Now see you doing it to yourself.

 4: Now visualize a waterfall in a remote rainforest and see the waterfall flowing all over you and feel it washing you clean

 Another method is to

 1: Visualize each atom as it morphs into the next screen shot of creation.

 2: See this atom have thankfulness and gratitude

 3: Now see and let this energy enter the Life force stream all around us.

 4: Next say, "I have gratitude for my past, present and future success and welcome more of it into my life." (or what your goal is)

 Here is a 3rd Method that works well:

 After you have bought your groceries, and you are about to unpack them after you get home, give thanks to the universe/source for the food and other items that support you and your success. Give thanks to all the delivery drivers, stockers and all related entities that made it possible for you to eat. When you are in the desert and you do this with water you purchase from a supermarket, these energies are magnified considerably more.

When you are learning to Manifest things Easily into your Life. During strong condition green periods, the effect of "observation creates reality" comes into being stronger than at most other times. This is a good time to practice "playing the part" of your future goal or objective.

When you live in the moment, without letting your brain go into "logic" mode or try to understand what is happening, rather by just experiencing the moment as it is and letting everything unfold naturally, this is this is when things work out best without you having to put forth any effort on your part, but just by experiencing the event or action that is taking place. There are times when you need to put forth effort to make your goals happen, and than times when you need to be patient and "let things fall into place" without you forcing things, in order for completion and success to occur.

Why We Are Addicted to Our Pain

If any of you have seen the movie "What the Bleep do you know?" You will know that people put themselves into situations caused by their body's chemistry reliving a past experience. And in reality they don't want to break free of their comfort zone. The heart energies exercise is a perfect example of this.

When this meditation is performed, your body's chemistry changes at the end of the meditation. What really is happening is that as these chemical reactions are taking place during the exercise, you are letting yourself fully experience the chemical reaction of your future success. Your awareness begins to open up and new ideas formulate.

Many people are fearful of what they would become if they unleashed their true potential. This is why many people would rather stay in a difficult situation or poor, rather than unlock their full potential.
