400mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid (powder)
A pinch of Granulated Lecithin
1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin Seed Powder (or black cumin seeds)
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
1 Teaspooon of Spearmint Herb
1 Teaspoon of Peppermint Herb
1/4 Teaspoon of Lemon Balm Herb (optional)
1 Teaspoon of Thyme Herb
