Above is a graph that shows the best time to use the prebiotics in yogurt to boost the healing energies in the body. During the late afternoon, I personally take plain yogurt sweetened with Clover Honey, than 1.5 hours later I take 2 Vitamin C Tablets with 1.5 Teaspoons of Cod Liver oil. This results in a powerful healing effect on the body overnight. A booster is when the X-Ray background flux radiation levels are around 4.1 and dropping to a maximum of 3.8 and when the 2mev electrons are at 9.0 and above. Another booster is higher Geomagnetic Energy (higher KP levels). This energy can be physically felt in the body as an “inner fire” which I believe is the prebiotics in the yogurt being supercharged by the herbal mix above. By drinking lots of spring water, especially before bed, it also helps the effects also. I believe the key ingredients here are the Omega 3's in the Cod Liver Oil, which are causing the internal "rejuvenation" to occur. Seasonal wise, this energy is strongest from November to December.

2 Tablespoons of Flax Seeds (mixed in with yogurt)

1/2 Teaspoon of Alfalfa Herb (do not use if you are allergic to alfalfa or peanuts)
2 Vitamin C Capsules (500mg each)
2 Tablespoons of Honey (local honey preferred)
