After 5 years of researching, I have come across the most simple way to bring extreme health to the body in the shortest amount of time. Please note that I am a  Raw Foods person and don't eat lots of junk food, and my diet is high in live enzymes and nutrients. So if you are a junk food person, this may or may not work for you, but if you are already a raw foods person, you will find this exercise most beneficial.

From personal experience, I have had much success with the following combinations:

Just after a condition Orange as the solar winds begin to drop towards 350, I take this:
1 Teaspoon of raw Sesame Seeds
1 Raw Yellow Egg Yolk
2 Capsules of Spirulina
Cod Liver Oil
Sunflower Seeds
2 to 3 Capsules of Scott's Hawaiian SOD Booster, or you can make it yourself and take 1 teaspoon, here is the formula:

1/2 Teaspoon Bromelain
Just under 1/2 Teaspoon of Burdock
Just under 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Brewer's Yeast
Just under 1/2 Teaspoon of Ashwagndha
Just under 1/4 th TEASPOON of Roobios Tea
Just over 1/4 th Ginger
Just under 1/2 Teaspoon of  Cumin Seed
Just over 1/4 th FO-TI
Just under 1/4 th Jigoulan
Just under 1/4 th Milk Thistle
Little over 1/2 of 1/4 th Oolong Tea
Just under 1/2 of 1/4 th of Hawthorne
1/2 of 1/4 th Grapeseed

Just under 1/4 th of Creatine
Just over 1/4 th of Reishi
Just over 1/4 th Basil
Just over 1/2th of 1/4 th Cordyceps

I have also had success doing the above routine at the first crescent moon, which is between 3 and 4 days after the new moon begins

Optional: Emerald Tablets Exercise

The 2nd most powerful period is during a Condition Yellow, or when the sunspots start rising, I take the following:

1/2 hr of Moderate Exercise

Before bed:
1 Capsule of Vitamin E
1 Capsule of Potassium Glutonate
1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds

Optional: The Chitosan Mix as shown below:

2 Chitosan Tablets (ground up)
0.5 to 1/2 Part Himalayan Salt (ground up)
0.5 Part of Lecithin Granules
2 Parts Onion Powder
1 Part Comfrey Powder
2 Parts Brewer’s Yeast
1 Part Basil (ground up)
1 Part Dried Parsley (ground up)
1 Part Oat Powder

These are the 2 most powerful lunar and solar influences I have discovered to date that bring extreme health to the body in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of money needed.
