Aging and Disease is a result of 2 fundamental factors: The absorption of moisture and toxins.
Toxins
The human body ages and suffers disease due to the gradual build-up of toxins that attack the body during its most vulnerable periods. This can include in-adequate nutrition, a low physical biorhythm and the immune systems response to seasonal and environmental changes. Toxins in the body contribute to an acidic condition. This acidic condition can also result from eating processed foods, foods high starches and white flour and processed grains and excessive sugar intake.
One of the most simplest and most powerful ways to re-balance the body's excessive acidic condition is by taking calcium. Not just any calcium, but the calcium found in plain organic yogurt or Kefir. Plain organic yogurt is balanced between alkaline and acidic, creating a perfect balance.
In nature, limestone neutralizes acidic soils. Limestone is made up of calcium carbonate.
Basic Celled Organisms such as trees reach extreme lifespans due to their adequate supply of Calcium Carbonate, as well as the environment they grow in. One example is the Bristlecone Pine Tree, which grows in a dry climate at high altitude, free of toxins. It grows in Dolomite Soil which contains adequate levels of calcium carbonate. Its lifespan is measured in thousands of years.
Some facts about Dolomite.

Yogurt is high in Lactobacillus
The herb Tarragon is high in moisture: and has extended the life in fruit flies, especially when mixed with honey, which absorbs moisture

Many of these high moisture foods are also high in potassium.
Yogurt also has a high water/moisture content. When yogurt is combined with apple cider vinegar, it has been shown to cure yeast infections. Ginseng and Hawthorn herbs also keep the potassium in your body circulating longer than usual.
The more the body or plants can absorb moisture, the more nutrients can become absorbed by the body. View more details
Pine cones have the unique ability to expand when more moisture is in the air and then compress when less humidity is present in the air. This may mean that the pine cone is gathering moisture in the air.
Another example of a basic celled organism is the Welwitschia mirabilis plant. Its lifespan is 1,500 years or more and was first discovered by Austrian botanist Dr. Friedrich Welwitsch in 1859. The walls of their leaves contain crystalline sand as calcium oxalate. The Welwitschia thrives in coastal desert areas, gravel beds, rocky canyon walls and open flats, once again an area that has lots of dry air. The Welwitschia mirabilis plant lives by absorbing the moisture that is present in the dry desert air. Negative bacteria also have less chance to thrive in air that is dry.
Another location that has a lot of moisture in the air is far Northern California. The Giant Sequoia Redwoods grow in heavily fogged regions along the Northern California Coast. Their lifespan is also measured in thousands of years.
Many of the longest lived plants are Gymnosperms, of which species include the Vascular plants. This is because moisture gathers and is expanded outwards inside the internal vessels of these plants. We will discuss this further later on.

The Human Body and Moisture
We can think of the Vascular Plants as the blood vessels in our body. We want to target the blood vessels of the body to promote longevity. Vitamin E just happens to widen the blood vessels. Vitamin E just happens to be one of the most powerful moisturizers in nature, but most importantly of all Vitamin E is one of the most powerful vitamins for extending the lifespan.

Vitamin E is also one of the most powerful vitamins that make the body alkaline.
Another substance that helps moisturize the body and extends lifespan is Ginkgo.
"What surprised the scientists, however, was the rats administered ginkgo lived a mean of 31 months compared to 26.4 months in the placebo group."

Trehalose has high water retention capabilities. In nature, trehalose can be found in animals, plants, and microorganisms. In plants, the presence of trehalose is seen in sunflower seeds.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trehalose
Trehalose extends longevity in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. Trehalose is a disaccharide of glucose found in diverse organisms and is suggested to act as a stress protectant against heat, cold, desiccation, anoxia, and oxidation. Here, we demonstrate that treatment of Caenorhabditis elegans with trehalose starting from the young-adult stage extended the mean life span by over 30% without any side effects. Surprisingly, trehalose treatment starting even from the old-adult stage shortly thereafter retarded the age-associated decline in survivorship and extended the remaining life span by 60%.

The final component is the enzyme Superoxide Dismutase. This enzyme can be increased in the body via Physical Exercise, as well as by eating some nutrient dense foods.
Rigorous exercise training increases superoxide dismutase activity

FO TI is one herb that increases this enzyme, others include Reishi and Cordyceps. What is most interesting is Mr. Li Ching-Yuen ate a lot of FO TI and lived to 256 years of age. We shall cover the aspects of Superoxide Dismutase in more detail later on in this article. Now let's examine in closer detail long lived living organisms in nature and their environmental conditions contributing to their longevity.
The Gymnosperm Family
Man of these long lived organisms are Gymnosperms. Gymnosperms include the Bristlecone Pine tree, and the giant Sequoia Redwood trees (conifers). Lesser Known Gymnosperms include the Cycad family, which resemble palm or fern type trees of which the famous herb Gingko Biloba is a part of. Gingko is one of the oldest surviving species of plant on the earth and has been around since the dinosaurs.
These Gymnosperms species are Vascular plants. (from Latin vasculum: duct). They are also known as tracheophytes (from the equivalent Greek term trachea) and also higher plants, form a large group of plants that are defined as those land plants that have lignified tissues (the xylem) for conducting water and minerals throughout the plant.
The Coastal Redwoods thrive on, and indeed require, the heavy fogs that are normal daily occurrences along the coast. These 300 foot plus tall giants actually pull moisture into their needles at the tops of the tree where the circulation system of the tree can't pump to.

Perhaps the Vascular species of plants is an early version of the digestion system of mammals.
Mammals and Longevity
Mammals, including humans have one difference from single celled organisms, and that is they all have a digestive system. It is a fact that almost 70% of our immune system is based in our stomach. Therefore, by keeping the good bacteria in our stomach and colon at adequate and healthy levels, it can increase our lifespan. This also includes a diet with adequate levels of calcium carbonate that is properly absorbed into the body.

Mammals and Calcium Carbonate
Calcium carbonate is unusual in that its solubility increases with decreasing temperature. Increasing pressure also increases the solubility of calcium carbonate. This is why eating yogurt is such a powerful bone builder, because yogurt is usually eaten cool. Calcium uptake into the plant or human body is much more efficient and absorbed when Vitamin D is added. Examples include getting adequate Sunlight and taking Cod Liver Oil.
In nature one environment that has high levels of calcium carbonate is ocean seawater. This is due to the high levels of sea shells and other marine sea life that are constantly decomposing, saturating the seawater with calcium carbonate. Therefore one of the prime environments for animals with long lifespans would be the ocean. Lets take a look at the species of fish called the Rockfish and its diet. Rockfish contain high levels of Superoxide Dismutase, the anti-aging enzyme responsible for long life.
The diet of Rockfish is mainly Crustaceans.
Crustaceans have hard cuticle with layered structure, which is composed mainly of chitin, proteins, and calcium carbonate.
Another marine creature that has a long life or is supposedly immortal are some species of jellyfish. Can a Jellyfish Unlock the Secret of Immortality?

One interesting thing about the ocean is that due to the strong tidal currents and ocean waves, the animals muscles have to be strong . Jellyfish are one of the rare species of animals that use almost every muscle in their body to survive. Perhaps a form of resistance exercise based on the jellyfish could help keep our bones healthy. Ocean swimming is a form of resistance exercise. In humans it is now a fact that resistance exercise can be used to ward off osteoporosis.

When Calcium and Potassium are brought together, they create energy. By combining Gypsum (calcium sulfate), Epsom Salts (magnesium), Sodium Alginate (a remover of metals from the body or detoxer) and Salt Substitute (potassium chloride, Element K). When these are all combined together, they create a new form of energy that can be used to power DC voltage devices. You can learn more about the ZPE Battery at:
