A couple years ago I began the Dow forecasting project and achieved up to a 70% success rate during good periods and an overall success rate of 60% which is the norm for any Associative Remote Viewing Project. The project ended 2 years ago with this success rate. Being a scientist I know a 100% success rate is not impossible. So far, as of April 2017, we are up to a 90% success rate.  This is due in large part to the maturation of our new technology, which enhances the connection with earth's geomagnetic field at the proper times.

Remote viewer Courtney Brown has just begun his 'News from the Future Project', so I thought 2017 would be a good time to make 'PROJECT TIMECUBE' known and its potential to access financial news from the future.

A year ago this month, I published my first book on Associative Remote Viewing titled: 
Wormhole Theories, Sunspot Activity and Remote Viewing Stocks.  Since that time I have decided to upgrade my remote viewing sessions with equipment / devices to increase the accuracy.

Over the last 2 years I have been refining the method based on the information published in my book Wormhole Theories, Sunspot Activity and Remote Viewing Stocks. Happy to say the device that has come out of the remote viewing sessions the last year is complete and perfectly refined.  In August of 2017, the follow up book to Wormhole Theories, Sunspot Activity and Remote Viewing Stocks, will go into detail on how you can build your own equipment and how to use the equipment to increase your remote viewing accuracy.  Much of the experimentation to make the device possible has come from the online ARV sessions located at the following address:

When the device is used during a remote viewing session, it connects with the ionosphere and geomagnetic energies that occur during the proper solar weather conditions that make the accuracy of associative remote viewing sessions (seeing the futuer) much more accurate than standard associative remote viewing sessions. A large part of the success is due to the refraction that occurs while the body's brainwaves are in coherrence, also known as "Heart Intelligence".  This equipment allows one to see a maximum of only 4 days into to future. Anything after that and the timeline gets 'fuzzy'.Why 4 days ahead in time? It takes on average 4 days for the energetic particles of the peak of a solar flare to reach earth resulting in an increase ionization of earth's ionosphere which causes an increase in the sun's 10.7 cm radio flux. I suspect this is really a form of a Timeloop occuring.  The Stargate SG1 show Window of Opportunity shows how geomagneic activity can create a timeloop. In the science fiction movie "Back to the Future" it is the flux capacitor that makes time travel possible. It is interesting to note that the writer used this term, and the sun&¦39;s solar flux is a type of frequency that affects associative remote viewing.

Timeloops are occurring around us all the time, at the timeline date the timeloop effects are felt strongest and ate felt strongest a max of 4 days in advance.

The Reason we see up to a maximum of 4 days at a time out

One a stable timeline date has been found, the ARV session is conducted  seeing up to a maximum if 4 days into the future. 4 is the number of maximum stability. By looking out 3 go 4 days ahead we can get a final analysis of solar conditions that tool place during the scan. It takes up to 24 hours for the NOAA Computers to process the real-time day&¦39;s solar WEARHER. This includes the KP activity and 10.7th radio flux levels. If any of these are not within the favorable ranges on the day of the ARV session, we will know the forecast my not be as accurate as intended. View the Timeline Page for the next ARV session date.

Simply put, forecasting the weather accurately is only good for a few days into the future.  The only accurate long term weather forecasts are seasonal ones, where hurricane season or drought season occurs. 

As stated earlier, the equipment only works during the perfect solar weather conditions, which I have termed 'window gateways'. These gateways open on average every 11 to 14 days, so it is best to check the forecast page every day for when the next 'TimeLine Window' is to be posted. I believe waiting for the solar weather window to open is a small price to pay for knowing exactly where the Dow Jones will be up to 4 days in advance. The science fiction movie starring Denzel Washington titled Déjà Vu is a story about a technology that can see in real time into the past. The only limitation is that it can only see 4 days into the past.  If you placed 2 successful trades a month that is 24 successful trades a year, outperforming even the best stock returns.There is an excellent research paper titled: THE “PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT published by Anonymous, Ph.d’s that goes into excellent details about the mechanical engineering aspects of Time and how to control it. The best part about this paper is it discusses the properties of time manipulation materials that involve radar absorbing materials.  I believe that the great inventor Thomas Edison unconsciously or consciously stumbled across this method. He would keep kerosene lamps burning in his back shed for long periods of time. This produced lampblack, which is a radar absorbent material, one of the best actually. And if you believe in the theory that new ideas do not come from any single one person, but from inventions already invented either from earth's past or even from other life forms residing in other parts in the galaxy, then perhaps the amazing number of Edison's ideas were the result of lampblack or similar substances creating a clear link to new 'ideas'.I may be wrong, but that is my theory.

The Electronics

Metals commonly used in Geiger counters to detect radiation are the same materials used in gravity wave detectors.  The particles of gravity are the only force we know of traversing space and time. This means these metals are absorbing gamma rays.  They behave as a magnet for moving electrons. Geiger counters use a Tungsten element for detection of the gamma rays.

Most of the stones that enhance intuition are high in Iron. Amethyst gets its violet color from having been exposed to gamma rays.

The 2 most popular stones commonly used to enhance intuition are Amethyst and Hematite. According to this chart, Hematite happens to be one of the stones that has the highest Refractive Index out of all stones. Hematite is a form of Iron Oxide, which is also used in Ormus Meow Devices.

 
Amethyst owes its color to high energy radiation, e.g. gamma rays from radioactive sources (Berthelot, 1906) and the presence of iron built into its crystal lattice (Holden, 1925). The irradiation causes iron Fe(+3) atoms to replace the silicon in the center of the SiO4 tetrahedra and lose an electron and form an unusual state of iron (Lehmann and Moore, 1966).  It is possible this exposure to the radiation has "conditioned" the gemstone, giving it its intuitive / Tachyon like properties. This is much like Floyd Sweet conditioned his magents to repel gravity. Tourmaline is another intuitive gem that also gets its color from having been exposed to gamma rays. As a matter of fact, a common quartz crystal can be exposed to gamma rays to produce amythest.

How the device enhances and clarifies these signals from the future  

This device interfaces consciousness with the electronics. As stated earlier, it only works when the solar conditions are perfect.  I have come to the conclusion that this information coming from the future is coming from parallel/alternate universes. This is because the materials necessary to open a wormhole (barium), are different from the materials I use in my device (radar absorbent material).  To put it simply, those of you familiar with the 13;30LST time where remote viewing is most accurate, this cycle is also composed of 3 other 'spikes' where remote viewing accuracy is also enhanced; hence we are really looking at a radar type frequency that is sending out 4 'pulses' every 24 hours, with the sun's energy possibly behaving as a lens. When equipment is constructed that can clearly pick up these pulses, it is only a matter of interfacing consciousness with this signal and deciphering it to receive future information. Perhaps our pituitary gland is picking up these "signals" and affecting our subconscious mind creating the holographic reality around us. Below are shown the 4 spikes.

Another interesting correlation is the 4 spikes shown may be proof of the concept put forth by Gene Ray who states that the 24 hour day we experience is really made up of 4 separate days folded into a single day. Could the 4 spikes be the 'centerpoint' of each day, much like the sun is at 12noon each day?  Ray spoke about Time Cube at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in January 2002 and at the Georgia Institute of Technology in April 2005, so there is academic interest in his theory, although as of late 2016 no physics formula has been put forth to explain it. Could a single day, when the right solar conditions are present, actually be made up of the upcoming 4 days about to unfold?, possibly causing a compressed timeloop to occur?

 Why does an increased 10.7th radio flux enhance ARV sessions?

Increased solar activity acts as a shield against excess incoming cosmic rays from our sun. This also acts as a shield against galactic interference which can cause inaccurate ARV sessions.  As incoming galactic cosmic rays are shielded via stronger solar activity, one specturm of energy emitted from our sun, the 10.7cm radio flux, is strengthened.  The movie Frequency is an excellent example of how above average solar activity enhances radio signals and that the signals travel backwards through time. This is much like excess KP activity causes in-accurate ARV sessions.  The answers thus are coming from the earth itself, through us, while in a state of coherence as long as the Middle Latitude Fredericksburg K-Indices are between 7 and 11.    Coherence can be changed on refraction. We shall explore refraction in more detail later on in this article.

Science Fiction meets Science Fact

The movie Almanac is a fictional account of kids at MIT who built a time machine whose power source was hydrogen.  This makes a great model to study based on our research of ARV devices used to enhance accuracy.  The two materials tritium and deuterium are both heavy elements of hydrogen, with deuterium being the heavier element. These 2 materials both exhibit beta particles and are commonly called Beta Emitters or Beta Particles. Beta particles are what are given off as a byproduct energy source in Cherenkov radiation, which are particles that have been scientifically proven to travel faster then light. Both Cherenkov radiation and tritium exhibit a beautiful glowing light, due to their radiation. Tritium radiation is safe to use and is used in lights and exit signs, and key-chains that you can buy on e-bay.  As long as Tritium is not directly inhaled it is perfectly safe to use. Deuterium is even less radioactive then Tritium. One very interesting fact is if any of you have watched the time travel sciencie fiction series Dr. Who, the first 5 episodes talk about radiation and a neutron bomb (neutrons come from our sun). The first radiation was from FIRE and the second radiation from neutrons. The term "Radiation Bath" is used in the very first epoxide of the science fiction television series "The Time Tunnel which gives a fixed location on the person who had travelled through time.

Hacking the Hologram

 
One way to prove that we exist in a hologram is knowing that just 1 mind is a part of the whole that makes up a small portion of the complete hologram.  One example of this is the newly emerging science known as swarm intelligence. Swarm intelligence has had extremely good success predicting the future in numerous sporting events. This is because swarm intelligence utilizes a group mind or set number of people, asking them what the future might hold. This data is then fed into am computer algorithm to obtain the final answer. Thus proof that what we perceive is just a small part of the entire universal hologram. It is possible to "hack" this hologram not only via swarm intelligence, but also during certain periods of the right solar activity.

The movie "paycheck" is about a corporation that has built a machine that can see into the future by looking far out into the universe. The movie opens with an engineer working on a hologram. 

The episode of Star Trek Voyager titled: "Timeless" used a holographic emitter from a human based hologram to send a message back in time."

Another key thing is that if we exist in a hologram and we have no control over it, because we are bound by three dimensional physics, when earth's geomagnetic energy (KP) is more active and at higher levels then usual we may experience past memories more vividly. This may make us more prone to being stuck in the hologram because the hologram relies on our past memories/experiences to keep us in it (possibly via a timeloop); hence the hologram uses a part of our past memories to create the future hologram.

In the science fiction television series Quantum Leap, Sam who leaps back to the past via Time Travel, meets his accomplice from the future, who appears to Sam as a hologram that can go to any point in time.  This hologram remains with Sam throughout most of the television series. The very first episode of the time travel science fiction television series Time Trax is as close as it comes to a complete description of the technology mentioned in this article, including biological catalysts necessary for physical time travel. The Time Travel television series Continuum has holographic iPad IPOD phones in first episode. In the television time travel series Time Trax, a hologram named Selma accompanies the actor through the series.

The Weak Force

Because neutrinos can only be influenced by the weak force, and gravity is a weak force and gravity waves can transcend space / time, this gives rise to the possibility that neutrinos, under the right conditions are tachyons, which can exceed the speed of light.  The weak nuclear force is the second weakest force, after the force of gravity, and it is the force that acts with its effects occuring in close proximity. The weak force was first devised to explain beta decay, which was discovered by New Zealand physicist Ernest Rutherford in 1899.

The weak force plays the central role in a successful ARV session. In the nuclear reactions that power our sun, the transformation of hydrogen into deuterium (which is close to Tritium) is caused by the weak force.

Don't let the term "weak force" make you think it is irrelevant. If you stood at arm’s length from your friend and each of you had just 1% more electrons then protons, a repulsion force would occur that would be so strong, it would be near equal to planet earth!  The power in the weak force lies in its ability to have great power over a large distance including space and time. This is why gravity is grouped together with the weak force.

The power of the weak force is also responsible for energy that powers earth's plate tectonics, via the decay of Potassium, Radon, Uranium and Thorium. Not so weak after all!

When you combine the weak force with electromagnetism ,you get what's called the electroweak force. The electroweak theory states at extremely high energies there exist 4 boson fields that have no mass. As energy declines, it acquires photon field via the Higgs which then gives them mass. They are now called Z Bosons of the weak interaction. It is possible that the weak force may consist of or interact with tachyons. Neutrinos as Tachyons? The weak force will interact with right handed antiparticles with flavor. The weak force also violates parity. Mirror particles having right handed interactions may interact with the weak force and mirror particles have been suggested as candidates for the dark matter in the universe.

Another weak force known as the Van Der Waals force, contains a weak dipole bond. This is the same force geckos use to stick to walls and ceilings allowing them to climb upside down seemingly overcoming the force of gravity. One prime example of the Van Der Waals Force is in Mica. Mica consists of layers of atoms which are held together by this force, due to the weak dipole attraction. Research has shown that the Van Der Waals effect is the same forces as the Casimir effect, which is a result of Quantum interactions occurring due to the existence of the zero point energy field.

 When neutrons scatter elastically from matter interactions, it is the Z boson that coordinates the transfer of its momentum and spin energy. The most interesting part of a neutrinos scattering is it only possible via the weak force, as neutrinos are neither affected by the strong force, the electromagnetic force or the gravitational force.

Beta Decay

It is interesting to note that the Neutrino and antineutrino emitted during beta decay, do so at the speed of light. Beta decay emits only an excess of right handed positrons (anti electrons) and only left handed neutrinos.  No right handed neutrinos or left handed antineutrinos are known to exist. Right handed particles move in a screw like fashion.

 Following the Path to Intuition

Developing technology that can connect with future events, is not easy.  There are no meters that can read future disturbances in the energy levels given off by events that haven't occured yet.  However we do have a map that is already being used and that is intuition.  It just so happens that stones that enhance intuition, also give off beta radiation and gamma rays (or "weak" radiation). The type of gamma rays emitted are of the soft kind and of a very high frequency. So now that we have identified the stones that can help with the device, what about the frequency of light?

  The Power of Refraction

Because Cherenkov radiation particles travel faster than light, we want to find a way to reduce the distance between 2 points in space/time. One way this is already done is via a Refracting Telescope. A refracting telescope causes parallel light rays to converge at a single focal point.  This bending of the light reduces the distance viewed between 2 objects. If any of you have seen the science fiction movie "Paycheck" they use a telescope pointed into the far universe to take pictures of the future.  Anyway microscopes also use the power of refraction to enhance the power of their magnification by bending light. If any of you are familiar with the time travel experiments carried out by Leningrad astrophysicist Nikolai Alexandrovich Kozyrev, you may know that he used the material Tungsten , which had the most effect on space/time.  It just so happens that the material Tungsten has one of the highest refractive indexes out of all the metals.

One of the most interesting discoveries to date is Tungsten has one of the highest Modulus of Elasticity or Young's Modulus properties.  This is also called "MOE" and is the ability of a metal to "snap back" into place when placed under stress. It also means the metal can absorb lots of vibration, which is why Tungsten is used in Helicopter Blades. Another interesting fact is most materials with a high MOE also have quantum tunneling properites, which the Anderson Institute has shown may be able to travel through time. Tungsten, besides distilled water,  also one of the materials with a very low magnetic suseptibility. In refractive physics, there also exists a weak force known as the weak refracted ray.  It is also known as Internal Reflection.

The movie tomorrow land uses a rocket ship that borrows into earth's ionosphere to access the future. It is the ionosphere that is responsible for refraction of radio waves. 

Tachyons travel faster than light

Amethyst is commonly used in Tachyon pendants. Selenite which is also used in Tachyon devices is also another stone that enhances intuition. One stone that has both a mild gamma ray emission and strong refractive index is Sphene, also called Titanite.  It is also midly radioactive.

Refraction enhances long range communication

It is a scientific fact that ham radio signals in the 6 meter band, can reach further distances when earth's ionosphere becomes ionized.  This is also a time the sun's 10.7 cm radio flux is increasing or at stronger or steady levels.  The radio signals travel further due to the process of the radio waves bouncing off the ionosphere.  This is known as radio refraction. If radio signals can travel further due to refraction, wouldn't refractive materials enhance ARV sessions? This is because thought and intention and the future are all based on high frequency. High frequency energy is the future, which hasn't happened yet, but can be tapped into with the right equipment and favorable solar conditions.

The sun's 10.7 cm radio flux is responsible for enhancing the strength or distance of the 6 meter ham radio band.  Ham radios can pick up distant signals easier when earth's upper atmosphere becomes ionized.

This ionization causes what is known as "refraction". Refraction makes radio waves bounce off of earth's upper atmosphere due to the enhanced ionization caused by higher levels of the sun's 10.7 cm radio flux. Earth's upper atmosphere becomes ionized during times geomagnetic activity is at high to medium levels due to the effects of solar flares.

If you look at the sun rising in the east on a clear morning sky, you are not looking at the sun in real time. Instead the sun is actually still physically below the horizon. The only reason you see the projected illusion of the sun is due to refraction, which is at maximum strength on earth's horizon. This refraction is strongest during winter, when air temperatures are coolest. It is also the time of year our ARV sessions are most accurate.

The time of 8;45LST is a peak ARV session time possibly due to a refraction of electromagnetic waves  coming from a neutron star or other high energy source, which is picked up by the sun and creating a lens type effect, which is possibly being picked up by body's nervous system during ARV sessions. Light is a form of electromagnetism, and if it can be bent by refraction, then time is also being bent. It is a fact that neutron stars cause time dilation. It is also possible there are neutron stars located at 13:30 LST, although further reserach is needed to confirm this.

The movie frequency is about a ham radio operator who could talk to his father in the past because of the stronger solar activity.
  
So now we have some basic building materials for our device. What does mother nature teach us about future events? We already know that birds and other animals flee before earthquakes?

It is a scientific fact that before a major earthquake, there will always be an above average emission of the gas known as "radon", and the ionosphere above the earthquake zone becomes highly ionized.  As a matter of fact there is much research going on about using the emission of radon for Earthquake Forecasting. It just so happens that Radon is not only mildly radioactive, but it also emits beta particles. Another precursor is the rate at which manganese and chlorine decay. Research has shown that just before a solar flare, their rates of decay change.  This article published by Purdue University goes into more detail.

Light travels at speed c/n (when not in a vacuum) When traveling through a medium with a refractive index = n (it causes refraction). In some materials these extra particles will travel faster than c/n (however still slower than c), this causes Cherenkov radiation. We can see that a ratio exists between the speed of light in a closed vacuum and the speed of a material.  This is called the refractive index. The refractive index is be changed just a bit by altering the chemical, physical or coherrent field structure of the medium present. Simple glass has a refractive index of 1.5. However, if we add a little lead it increases it to 1.6. Also the slower the speed, and the greater bending of light waves creates a more brightly sparkle of lead crystal glass. That is why lead ashtrays tend to "sparkle".

NEC researchers generated a gaseous medium that was manipulated with lasers that exhibited a sudden and sharp change in the refractive index of the medium.  This sped up the passage of a pulse of light. This same effect also occurs when atmospheric air pressure peaks and then drops.  In the NEC experiment researchres used a 2.5-inch-long tube filled with cesium vapor. They fired several laser beams at the atoms. This created a pulse of light or "coherrent wave packet", which is made up of many separate interconnected waves of different frequencies. Some of the waves become stretched, others compressed.  However, at the end of the chamber, they all recombine and reinforce each other to form exactly the same shape as the original pulse, yet faster than before.This causes the reconstituted pulse to re-form before the original intact pulse is fired. The peak of the pulse is extending itself forward in time. This causes detectors attached to the beginning and end of the vapor chamber to register that the peak of the exiting pulse is leaving the chamber about 62 billionths of a second before the peak of the initial pulse finishes going in. In the science fiction movie starring Denzel Washington titled Déjà Vu, he points a laser light at the screen peering into the past.  Laser light is an extremely coherent light.  

Quantum Tunneling and Refraction

Refraction also occurs with sound waves as an echo. As sound waves encounter a cliff face they rebound and are heard as an echo. The echo is really the returning sound wave. In refractive physics the returning wave rebounds in a chamber and eventually gains fantastic speeds. The process of Refraction is really a simplified form of Quantum Tunneling.  Quantum Tunneling is offered as a way to send messages back in time via sending waves faster then light using refraction as shown on this page.

 
Tracking the Precursor

One of the biggest breakthroughs of this new device, is that when the hand is placed in the field of a piezoelectric emitter,  I use a microwave transformer for this, and this link shows you the pizeo field created by the transformer, it enhances the amount of coherrence present within the region the HeartMath EM wave field is generated. Once coherrence is acheived the Remote Viewing Session begins. 

Therefore, another precursor to "pre-time" is piezoelectric energy.  It just so happens that piezoelectric currents occur just before an earthquake. Also following one of the most notable rules of science, where a tool used to influence, can also be used to measure and vice/versa, the human heartbeat can be measured using a piezoelectric buzzer.

Because Significant Elastic Anomaly effects have been observed as a precursor in cold environments, this would also imply that Tungsten, which we showed earlier, has a significantly high Elasticity (HIGH MOE) is also a precursor.  The materials with the highest MOE are Tungsten, Carbon (including Carbon Nanotubes) and Carbyne.  Ultra Low Frquencies are contained in the heart beating and Ultra Low Frequencies are used to measure coming earthquakes.

Another precurser is disturbances in earth&¦39;s Schumann resonance frequency that occur just before an earthquake.

Williams (1992) discovered that the intensity of the Schuman Ressoance signal is affected by air temperature. This is a significant finding because our most significant Associative Remote Viewing Sessions would always occur when there was a variable difference in local air temperature.

Manganese shows disturbances BEFORE solar flares. Manganese not only shows precursor activity to solar events, but is also utilized by geomagnetic currents.  In a rat study, the study showed that the manganese and copper levels in rats were affected during a geomagnetic storm. In short summary, this means that the energies induced by geomagnetic storms travel along  / or are attracted to manganese and copper. This is why during some geomagnetic storms the copper windings on power transformers will melt. Geomagnetic energy is also attracted to carbon as it has melted carbon contacts during geomagnetic storms.

 One of Americas best psychics states that pineapple is one of the best foods to enhance intuition.  And guess which foods contain the highest levels of manganese? Pineapple and Long Grain Brown Rice. Pineapple also nourishes the pituitary gland, which some people think is responsible for intuition.

Manganese, which we showed earlier is a precurser, also happens to have piezoelectric properties. Another precursor material is Hexagon Boron Nitrate, which also soaks up gamma rays (used in geiger counters).  Boron Nitrate happens to be piezoelectric, and happens to contain a cubic-rhombohedral structure.
  
Could this mean a cubic-rhombohedral structure also exhibits precursor effects perhaps by a form of heat radiation transfer?

Another form of precursor is organic precursors. Beets contain Actinobacteria, which is responsible for petrichor) (the scent before rain comes). Geosmin is responsible for the earthly taste of beets. Geosmin is also a contributor to petrichor. One interesting fact is Geosmin absorbs ozone.  

In summary, geosmin, which is related to petrichor, absorbs ozone, which erases its scent.  This means Ozone is a precursor to earthquakes, and is being researched as a possible way to predict upcoming earthquakes. Another interesting fact is Beets protect against radiation.  And we have used Ginkgo in our ARV sessions with much success. Ginkgo is one of the few plants with strong radiation shielding qualities. Beets have been proven to protect against gamma rays and the metal Tungsten has radiation shielding effects. Speaking from personal experience, on the days the "Timeline Window" opens, which is the key date of remote viewing accuracy, these air tempertures exist as "swirling" currents and pockets of air that circulate around the ground region. Even Operation Looking Glass cannot get 100% accuracy, so we can assume using our tech at maximum efficiency is achieving a margin error of + or - 10 points at close of the Dow is as accuser as we can get.
